I want to thank you and your team for coming to our rescue after our sewer pipe broke in the basement. You and your Team,mainly You and Tim have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Tim cleaned and cleaned and cleaned ,never complaining using his sense of humor to help me through.The care he used cleaning and saving my Mom’s ceramic Christmas decorations that are irreplaceable to me were as if they were his own Mom’s treasures. Everyone on your staff has been helpful and caring right down to your secretaries. Your service and care is appreciated more than you will ever know. Not only did You and Tim take care of the clean up , the both of you cared about how I was handling the levity of the situation breaking the sadness with humor. Please never doubt the importance of your jobs.. You save people when they are overwhelmed and devastated and make everything clean and sane again. I have to be honest I hope I never need your services again ,however ,it is nice to know I have the special Servpro Team to call if I ever have the need again. I will recommend your Servpro Team to anyone in need. Please feel free to use me as recommendation anytime ..it would be my pleasure. Your company serviced our offices after a flood that occurred from a toilet that was installed incorrectly. The worst part of the disaster was that this occurred in our brand new offices where construction was just completed with newly installed carpet and flooring a few days prior to the flood. To say that we were upset is certainly an understatement.
Now enter ServPro staff to the rescue….they were all business and knew exactly what to do! Everyone was very professional and informative, letting us know what they were doing and what we should do to get things back to normal. I just wanted you to know that the people that you have in the field are just fantastic, they were very pleasant and conveyed concern for our situation and business.
